Agreed! Tofu soaks up flavors really well and there are a bunch of marinade options out there (salsa, soy sauce, italian dressing, curry, etc.) Here’s another interesting tip: try freezing your tofu for about a day and then let it thaw back out in the fridge. It totally changes the texture of the tofu and makes it even spongier and firmer, but less dense.
