nanilife asked: how do you get your vitamin D?

Good question! Vitamin D doesn’t really show up in a lot of non-fortified foods except for some kinds of fish, so it’s something for all people to be aware of. Fortunately, there are a lot of fortified foods out there.

I really like vitamin D fortified soy milks and soy/coconut milk yogurts (speaking of which, have you tried THIS yet?!) You can also find mushrooms that are UV treated and so they have a good bit of vitamin D. And, of course, the ol’ standby: sunlight!
